Customers are always right?
I happened to be at a famous Nasi Kandar stall one day.

The place was buzzing with people queuing up to load their plates with the many varieties of homemade dishes.
Then I heard a loud voice from the front of the queue, RM6.00! Wah so expensive!
I noticed that his plate was filled with Chicken, Squid and vegetables.

Then the Mak Cik was telling him about the cost of ingredients have gone up but he was adamant that she shouldn’t increased the price and went on and on about the cost.
Poor Mak Cik, I thought that was a reasonable price.
What surprised me was when the Mak Cik stood up and told this man nicely.
Young man, she said. Our basic is Rm3.00. Look at your plate.
Now tell me if you can pay or put everything back.
The product is mine and I have the liberty to sell to you or otherwise.
All eyes and ears were on this man.
He quietly paid and left.
Lesson learn.
Willing seller and willing buyer.
Be nice.
Salute Mak Cik!
