Others fear sickness, mine is Dementia.

Wouldn’t it be awful not to remember the things we need to do or done?

Not able to recognise people that we know?

Our mind is so powerful that even with all our organs are working well yet we are crippled.

How to prevent Dementia?

According to Doctors, there is no cure for Dementia. There are drugs and medication just to slow down the process.

Life goes on. Steps that I take to live the present.

1. Keep your mind alert. Learn new things, gardening, baking, sewing etc.

2. Keep calm. Yoga, meditation, avoid negative people. etc.

3. Exercise. Jazzercise, dance, Jog, brisk walking, cycling, gym etc.

Nothing beats doing the things you love.

Care about people.

Be Happy.

If at all it happened, I have lived and cared.

The rest, I cannot control.

Peace.
