"The Marinator. Well firstly, I don't like Salmon much, but the Salmon you made with the marinade did an excellent job. Salmon taste so delicious even without any additional dressing or sauces.

Wunderbar! I'm convinced that it'll do an excellent job with other meats. As expected, nice result too.

The Dressing was very unique. Hint of Japanese, couldn't place it but enjoyed it because it was very balanced.

The Chilli. Nice but a tad sharp and rightly so. Could do a bit more body. A little is enough to get the Chilli taste out. Too much will easily over power dish.

The Sauce. Very versatile! Like that it's not too sweet but also very balanced. Perhaps can have a bit more strength, but for the general palette it's just fine.

Mix all 3, The Chilli, The Sauce and The Dressing and you have a great concoction. Doesn't lose individual qualities but create something new. Mix sauces and dressing becomes the universal addition to most dishes.

Mix any sauces with The Chilli or The Dressing with The Chilli. You get the great taste of each sauce or dressing with a bit of spiciness. Great for 'must have chilli' as Asians like me.

Best part. Felt well pleased and satisfied with the meal. Very satisfied. No unpleasant after taste or uneasiness. But again, satisfaction and happiness. It's no magic I guess but love, dedication and freshness. Good Job!"

"The Marinator. Had Salmon. Marination blended well. Handled the fishy taste of Salmon well. Can be eaten without any side dressing.

The Spread, Mix Fruit. Ideal for kids. Overall a good change to the usual garlic bread spread. Blends well.

The Spread, Cashew nut. Cashew nut compliments well. Cashew nut make it creamier and full in texture. Not too strong and well balanced.

The Sauce. Taste buds need a little adjusting to it. Once adjusted to it, flavour is quite complementary with any meat.

The Dressing. Just a small drizzle on your salad as it gets a little strong. Overall complements but different.

The Chilli. Good flavour. However it does remind me of Ayamas Golden Roaster Chilli. Just a little goes a long way.

Overall the Sauces are complimentary and can be combined together as an option. Very pleasant."
