My take on Kung Poh Chicken.
Ingredient:
Chicken Thighs. Wash and marinate with The Marinator for 10 mins. Grill and cut.
Green Capcicum/ Bell Peppers. Wash and slice.
Red Capcicum/Bell Peppers. Wash and slice.
Yellow Capcicum/Bell Peppers. Wash and slice.
Big Onions,. Peel and slice
Dry chillies. Wash and dice
Cashew Nuts
Grill the veggies and dry chillies.
Heat up The Sauce in Microwave
Serve Chicken with all the vegetables and cashew nuts.
Pour over The Sauce and serve with hot brown rice. YuMMie.
