My take on Gado Gado
Ingredient:
Potatoes. Wash, boil and dice in cubes.
Eggs. Boil and cut into half.
Onions. Wash, peel and dice.
Spring Onion. Wash and dice.
Celery. Wash and dice.
Lettuce. Wash and dry.
Peanuts. Pound or blend.
Mix Potatoes, Onions, Spring Onions and Celery.
Add The Dressing.
To serve:
Lay lettuce on plate or bowl, put mix ingredients.
Put the eggs on top and pour The Sauce.
Sprinkle the Peanuts and serve.
