Tony Roma's Baby Back Ribs

My take on the famous Tony Roma's Baby Back Ribs
Ingredient:
Pork ribs or Beef ribs. Wash and marinate with The Marinator and The Sauce overnight.
Potatoes. Wash and boil. Roast and peel just the top.
Cabbage. Wash and slice.
Red Capsicum. Wash and slice.
Pineapple. Peel and blend.
Spring Onion. Wash and dice.
Mix Cabbage and Capsicum.
To serve:
Lay the Ribs on the plate and pour The Sauce over Ribs. Add The Chilli for a firing taste.
Mix blend Pineapple with The Dressing and spread on Potatoes.
Serve vegetables.
Sprinkle some spring onions and serve.
I still remembered the taste of these baby back ribs in Tony Roma's Singapore.
Every time when i am in the Republic, I will head to Tony Roma's. Yum.
