Salmon Steak with Salad and Fruity Garlic Bread

Ingredient:

Salmon. Wash and Grill.

Salad:

Pineapple. Peel and dice.

Lettuce. Wash and slice.

Baby Tomatoes. Wash.

Cucumber. Peel and slice.

Red Capsicum. Wash and slice.

Big Onion. Peel and slice.

Strawberries. Wash.

Mix all with The Dressing.

Fruity Garlic Bread:

Wholemeal bread or baguette. Slice and spread with The Spread, Mix Fruit. Toast.

To serve:

Lay grill Salmon and pour The Sauce.

Add Salad and Fruity Garlic Bread.

Sprinkle some spring onions on Salmon. Serve.

This is my ole time fave for late dinner and lazy days.
